ProGear Grip Van Rentals
Based on your feedback we are proud to announce that we now have added a High-Roof Extended Grip Van.
ProGear Chicago’s High Roof Grip Van
It’s always a good feeling to come into ProGear and get all the photo/cine gear you need, but you know what can make it MUCH better? Knowing that at the exact same place you can rent a Grip Van to take all that gear where it needs to go!
Our High-Roof Grip Van comes equipped with a Tommy Gate Cantilever Series Lift Gate for easy handling of the rental equipment, and the van’s interior has been customized specifically to make transporting photo gear a breeze.
The Grip Van is available for rent with your choice of two custom grip packages that start at $395 per day, and includes 100 free miles of driving and a 60 cents per mile fee for any miles above that.
Grip Van rentals require specific vehicle and equipment coverage and we provide you with a Sample of the Certificate of Insurance with the correct coverage.

Van Rental Requirements
In addition to the requirements of our standard COI the Automobile Liability section is required to be filled out in full with all necessary coverage and verbiage. Please refer to our Sample COI for our coverage minimums.
Valid drivers license from all potential drivers must provided in advance and will be checked through our insurance company for approval.
The COI provided be valid for 90 days before the rental starts and also for 90 days after the rental ends.
A minimum of 2 referrals from other vehicle rental houses will be required.
Drivers will have to be come in to be trained on the use of the lift gate and truck before the rental is picked up.
Customer will sign off on condition of the vehicle and the beginning mileage before rental can leave premises.
Upon request ProGear can provide the names of pre-approved drivers for you to contract with for your job.
